WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 1 part – Pinkyrose Wild Gieser Bouquet
  • 1 part – COCCHI Vermouth Amaro
  • 5 parts – Sparkling water

METHOD

Fill a tin cup with ice cubes and pour in the wild gieser syrup, red Vermouth and top it up with sparkling water. Next, give the mixture a good stir. Garnish with a wedge of lemon and sliced pear.
