WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 1 part – Pinkyrose Straight Lemon
• 1 part – Rutte Celery Gin
• 5 parts – Sparkling water

METHOD

To build this legendary mixture, fill a highball glass with ice. Combine the lemon syrup, celery gin and sparking water and give it a good stir. Finish by garnishing it with a celery stalk. Enjoy!
